NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020

Members are advised that the AGM of the ALRM will be held on Friday the 27th November, 2020 at 10am – 12 p.m.

The meeting will be held at Adelaide Town Hall – David Spence Room –128 King William Street, Adelaide and will be followed by finger food and refreshments for members.

AGENDA

  • To confirm the minutes of the last annual general meeting;
  • Receive from the Directors, auditor and senior staff of the Company Reports upon the transactions of the Company during the preceding Financial Year including the audited income and expenditure statement, balance sheet and the state of affairs at the end of the Financial Year;
  • To declare as appointed as Director those Members who previously have been appointed to serve as Director
  • To appoint auditors; and
  • Any other business duly specified by the Directors or requisition of

            Members.

  • Change to the ALRM Constitution
